Appraise & Option Development, Screening & Selection

At each stage in the Appraise, Option Development, Option Screening and Option Selection processes, Altra will ensure:

• understanding of the objectives and the drivers behind the project
• understanding and quantifying the various risks and uncertainties that can influence key decision making providing a clear and audible trail for key decisions so that they can be challenged/re-challenged at any time during this early Field Development process
• ensure economic viability at each stage gate

Findings are documented in a Basis of Design document and a Scope of Work document for the FEED phase, facilitating a seamless transfer through to final stages of a field development project. Adopting a flexible approach, Altra works in close integration with clients and the supply chain.
