Safety and Risk Management

Safety is fundamental to all our projects and is integral to closing the gaps between interfaces from early conceptual phases, safety case and environmental submissions through to operation support.

Risk identification and management is central to all work we perform where risk covers technical, commercial and schedule execution aspects of oil and gas projects. Additionally, we provide risk management services and cost, risk and gap analysis, exploring potential opportunities in addition to managing threats from risk.
